bearing Tjeed (Sic) Deelstra's name and address, 
Martha Salonen's return address,
and postal markings & stamps. 

A 5 5/16" x 7 1/2" mimeographed excerpt
from Andersen's Opus 44 "In Denmark..."
which was published in 1961 according to Fondazione Bonotto,
but 1964 is a more likely date.

Andersen's then girlfriend Martha Salonen who was, at one point, 
the proprietor of a library of avant garde and Fluxus material in Copenhagen
