with at least two stamps, one
Opened by De Jonge and the other a picture of scissors.
From the information visible it seems
Ulises Carrion was a participant and that
the Encounter occurred during the
Antwerp International Mail Art Festival.
All three pieces in nice shape.
Only minor edge wear.
