George Ashley was a performer with Byrd Hoffman Foundation and Bread & Puppet Theatre. He was also an arts administrator with those organizations as well as Performing Artservices. He helped create press campaigns for Richard Foreman, Philip Glass, Robert Ashley, Trisha Brown, David Gordon, Lucinda Childs, Molissa Fenley, Karole Armitage and the Mabou Mines company.
Kazuko Oshima was a jewelry designer, video artist and photographer. She made the wedding veil used by Madonna in her 1984 music video Like a Virgin.
