Seven photographs taken by curator Edwin Ramoran in 1994 of an Act Up protest in New York City. Crowd looks very contemporary but for the period signs and lack of cell phones. The crowd is holding placards demanding the AIDS Cure Project which was introduced into Congress on May 10th, 1994 by US Representative Jerrold Nadler. With bag bearing the name of the print shop: College Stationary & Periodicals.
